30 tips for a low budget wedding

 Marriage is a unique day in the life, just like your spouse's original proposal. Thus, we are particularly keen that this unique ceremony takes place in our dreams. Unfortunately, whether you're planning a quirky or more classic wedding, it all comes at a cost. If you can not afford to spend lavishly on your big day, follow these different tips that will help you prepare for a celebration just as successful, with a cheap wedding decoration for example, as if you had had a higher budget.

1. Eliminate the superfluous. Take every element of your big day and ask yourself the question each time: do I really care, would I miss it?

2. Call on your loved ones. To avoid additional costs, ask your friends to help you with the preparations.

3. Plan ahead. To save, be organized. By reserving certain services in advance or shopping months in advance, you will have more choice and time to find good deals!

4. Minimize the guest list. Better to invite fewer people and better receive them then to try to invite too many people and be overwhelmed.

5. Get married out of season. By avoiding spring and summer, and particularly May and September, you will be able to obtain services at a better price.

23. Limit alcohol in abundance. A sangria as an aperitif and wine and beer at the table will be more than enough.

24. Set up a few large tables rather than many small ones. This will divide the price of centerpieces, tablecloths, and other wedding table decorations.

25. Choose the same musician or DJ for the ceremony and the evening.

26. Take advantage of the end of season sales. Keep an eye out for promotions from your favorite wedding dress stores.

27. Rent your wedding dress rather than buying it.

28. If you don't feel like wearing too much makeup, you can do your wedding make-up  lone or with the help of a friend by carrying out several tests beforehand.

29. Wear family jewelry. Instead of buying new, go for accessories with a real story.

30. Wait to print all of your photos. Ask to receive them on a CD rather than on paper. Once your finances are in good shape, you can print your favorite photos.
